Depending on product availability, most orders are shipped within 2 business days Monday-Friday from our Halloween warehouse in California.
• We don't ship internationally at this time.
• We don't process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
• Weekend or Holiday-placed orders will begin processing on the next business day.
• Carriers only make pickups on business days. Delivery is subject to the carrier's terms and conditions.
• We don't do local pick-up arrangements.
• Natural disasters and conditions may delay your shipment. If you suspect this might be the case, simply follow your tracking information where there'll be an alert posted on the carrier's site.
• You'll be notified by email if your order is incomplete or contains problems (ie backorders, out-of-stock). If you haven't received any emails, then please add customerservice@halloweenclub.com to your address book.
• All product prices and shipping costs are in dollars (USD).
• Adding an item to your cart will allow you to receive a shipping estimate (located on the right side of the webpage). Just select a state and zip code to calculate the shipping button.
